Top-To-Bottom Deluxe Clean
Our Top-To-Bottom Deluxe Clean is your best choice when you need a deep clean. It is recommended for one-time or seasonal cleanings and is the best choice for your first cleaning when opting for a recurring service.
The Deluxe Clean includes the General Cleaning list items (shown below) cleaned with a detailed emphasis and focus on build up, plus the following:
* We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted w/ an extension duster. We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. It is presumed that the home will be in order and somewhat picked up to facilitate deep cleaning.
* We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. Excessive build up may require ultra-sonic mini-blind cleaning (available upon request). Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
General Maintenance Clean – Recurring Service
Our General Maintenance Clean is your best choice when your home has been professionally cleaned within the last month or so. It is the service we provide when you opt for recurring cleaning services. Our recurring cleaning services are available weekly, bi-weekly or monthly (every 4 weeks).
The General Maintenance Clean includes:

Move In/Out Clean
Moving is stressful enough without also having to do all the cleaning yourself. Our professional Move In/Out Clean gets your home spotlessly clean and ready to be made a home again.
The Move In/Out Clean is available for empty homes, apartments or condos and includes the following:
* We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted w/ an extension duster. We cannot move refrigerators that have water/ice makers. We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. It is presumed that the home will be empty of all furniture, etc. to facilitate deep cleaning.
Real Estate, Post-Construction and Make-Ready Cleaning
Our Make Ready Cleaning prepares sites for new tenant move-ins, construction site clean ups or tenant move-out cleans. The Make Ready Cleaning consists of all items listed in the Top-to-Bottom Deluxe Deep Clean as well as any special requests you may have for our cleaning techs.
When a deep clean is required on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis, Anco will be there to help you.
